Membrane protection for high pressure sensors, M10, slanted / 6567A1

The membrane protection increases the lifetime of the sensor by protecting from high energy particles and molten metal. Furthermore, the membrane protection also slightly improves thermal shock performance. If thermal shock is a major concern, Type 6565A is better suited.

The slanted holes of Type 6567A1 further improve thermal shock behaviour and membrane protection capabilities compared to Type 6567.
