Membrane protection for high pressure sensors, M12 / 6564

The membrane protection increases the lifetime of the sensor by protecting from high energy particles and molten metal. Furthermore, the membrane protection also slightly improves thermal shock performance. If thermal shock is a major concern, Type 6563A is better suited.
