Force distributing rings for piezoelectric force sensors of Types 90x1C and 910xC / 95x5

The contact surfaces have to be just as flat and stiff as the contact surfaces of the load cell itself. If they cannot be finished, local overstressing and damage to the force sensor's surface have to be prevented by using a force distributing ring.
