The maXYmos TL (Top Level) process monitoring system captures, analyzes and evaluates XY curves of two interrelated measurands. The measurement curves enable to control the quality of an individual stage of production, an assembly or the product as a whole. Ethernet connectivity plus choice of different bus types are available.
